Larsen’s Bakery (3311 Washington Ave, Racine, WI 53405)
A traditional Danish bakery with a hidden secret: They don’t use milk or eggs in most of their products. Even their Kringle is vegan, which means you have the option to experience the essential traditions of Racine while also eating healthy.
You can’t go wrong with Thai food when eating healthy. Tofu can be subbed for meat and coconut milk is used in many dishes to give a creamy non-dairy texture.
